What a wasted opportunity. Is this the best you can come up with to improve the quality of life for people visiting Horley, an additional bicycle lock on the high street?

I strongly support the need to help more people cycle into and around Horley, but I don't believe adding extra cycle parking will make a huge difference. We need safer lanes to cycle in.
