The one way rule should not apply to cyclists 10am to 4.30pm, in line with practices of all London boroughs. Appropriate signage at both ends of the High Street showing the times applicable and shared cycle and pedestrian access signage should be installed to avoid confusion.

More outdoor seating for restaurants is great, and if there are no cars on the high street it is a lot easier to walk down there with my two toddlers.

If parking is to be reduced then before development/reduction in Parking bays,then a new multi-storey car park needs to be built near to Leatherhead station.
