• It will make zero difference. We need more safe spaces for cyclists who are CYCLING, not just PARKING their bikes! There is NOWHERE safe to cycle in Caterham Valley!

Woldingham Road needs traffic calming measures so that cyclists can ride along it to reach NCR21 and the safe parts (rare) of Surrey Cycleway without risk of being taken out by the local racing sports/supercars. Speed limit signs are ineffectual. You have to actually obstruct vehicles to slow them down.

As an experienced cyclist I don’t mind cycling along Croydon road, I know there are many who wouldn’t owing to narrow passing places for cars and buses, it’s the same in Stafford road, clearing one side of the road of parked traffic would mean that a cycle lane (two way) could be installed from Wapses Lodge down into Caterham. Connecting Caterham to National cycle route 21 would also be a bonus!

• I don't think there will be any significant change as bike parking alone will bot encourage more cycling without safe cycle lanes.
